处置流程

护照丢失/被盗

  1. 1联系本国驻韩大使馆(见下),预约紧急旅行证件。
  2. 2到最近的警察署提交分실신고서(丢失报案)— 务必保留案件编号。
  3. 3携带两张护照照片、警察报案单、任何身份证明复印件到大使馆。
  4. 4撤销旧护照绑定的K-ETA/电子签证(部分大使馆代办)。

钱包/银行卡被盗

  1. 1通过下方银行卡挂失热线立刻冻结所有卡。不知道发卡行用品牌热线。
  2. 2到任何지구대(派出所)报案。
  3. 3需要的话,在首尔地铁客服中心补办T-money等交通卡。
  4. 4向保险公司索取理赔表(详见Concierge,有模板)。

医疗急救

  1. 1拨119。接通后说"Chinese interpreter please/中文翻译" — 会接入翻译。
  2. 2如意识清醒,告知:位置、症状、过敏、当前服药。
  3. 3提供24小时外国人急诊的三级医院:延世(Severance)、三星医疗中心、首尔峨山、首尔圣母医院。
  4. 4保留全部收据和盖章的诊断书,用于保险理赔。

自然灾害/市民警报

  1. 1韩国手机会收到韩文재난문자(灾害短信)。看不懂时用Concierge翻译。
  2. 2主要灾害: 7-9月台风、酷暑、强降雨,偶发地震(浦项/庆州一带)。
  3. 3收听KBS World Radio(首尔101.3 FM),或在Air Quality页查看PM2.5骤升。
  4. 4在首尔,地铁地下站为指定民防避难所。
